Missed Appointments

We value your time and ask for your understanding about being on time.

To be fair to all clients and ensure everyone can access our services, we've made these rules for missed appointments:

You can change or reschedule your appointment up to 72 hours before your time. Use our website to do this easily.

If you don't cancel or reschedule in time, you'll lose your deposit.

​

You get one chance to reschedule without losing your deposit, as long as you do it within 72 hours.

​

Please be on time. Being more than 10 minutes late means we'll cancel your appointment. If we can still fit you in, there's a $20 late fee.

If you don't show up without telling us, you'll be charged $50 on top of losing your deposit.

Travel Requests

For on-location appointments, please use the Contact Us portal, as travel appointments are subject to availability. There's a flat fee of $40 for all travel appointments.

If the location is over 15 miles from SLAYDOWN MAKEUP STUDIO, there will be an extra charge of $2 per mile.

A deposit is needed when booking, and the total cost will be disclosed before confirming the appointment.
