Slaydown Makeup Studio is fully equipped for your makeup services.
While we undergo a re-brand, ALL appointments are held at your provided location.
Everything for your look is provided in the cost, including lashes.
*If you have lash extensions, your service cost will NOT be adjusted.*
Location
You will provide your address at the time of booking. Please be aware of additional travel costs, if it applies. We come FULLY equipped for your makeup services - that includes products, light and chairs. Please ensure that there is space available for the set up of your makeup services.

If your location has complex parking or stairs, please include that in your booking as we come with alot of material that is heavy.
Deposits & Payments
To confirm and secure your appointment and to ensure our makeup artists are adequately prepared to serve you, a non-refundable deposit is necessary. This deposit serves as confirmation of your commitment to the scheduled appointment and reserves the dedicated time and resources of our makeup artists for your service.

Deposits can be made using Cash, Zelle, or Square.

Kindly be advised that Square payments may be subject to additional fees.
Missed Appointments
We value your time and ask for your understanding about being on time. To be fair to all clients and ensure everyone can access our services, we've made these rules for missed appointments:

You can change or reschedule your appointment up to 72 hours before your time. Use our website to do this easily.
​
If you don't cancel or reschedule in time, you'll lose your deposit.
​
You get one chance to reschedule without losing your deposit, as long as you do it within 72 hours.
​
Please be on time. Being more than 10 minutes late means we'll cancel your appointment. If I can still fit you in, there's a $20 late fee added to your total.

If I arrive on location for your makeup service and you are not there/available. The appointment will be considered a NO CALL/NO SHOW and you will be charged the total amount for service, plus travel.
Travel Costs
Travel costs are MOSTLY built into the price of your glam. However, if the location is over 10 miles from SLAYDOWN MAKEUP STUDIO in Downtown Phoenix, there will be an extra charge of $2 per mile.
A deposit is needed when booking, and the total cost will be disclosed before the appointment.
KNOW FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT
We kindly request that you arrive with a fresh and clean face, if possible.
If your appointment is scheduled at a location of your choice (home, studio, etc.), please have the area prepared and ready for service. Rest assured, our service includes a makeup chair, ring light, and all necessary makeup products and tools. If you have any allergies, please use the CONTACT US link above during the booking process to specify your allergies.

EARLY APPOINTMENTS
Any appointments scheduled before 8 am (Early Bird) will incur an additional $25 fee.
